Gainful Employment

The U.S. Department of Education Gainful Employment regulations require that Mercer discloses certain program information to current and prospective students. A Gainful Employment program is defined as a program "that prepares students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation." All public and non-profit institutions are required to report gainful employment information for all Title IV eligible programs that lead to a certificate, diploma, or graduate certificate. While Mercer no longer participates in Title IV for its certificate programs, the following certificate programs have been Title IV eligible in the past.
